Encountering hardware instability, crash-to-desktop, or thermal throttling? Follow this protocol so our hardware experts can diagnose the root cause quickly:

• Complete Hardware Specs: Mention the exact model of every part, especially the Power Supply (make, model, wattage) and Motherboard BIOS version.
• Operating System: Windows version/build or Linux distribution and kernel version.
• Exact Error Symptoms: What happens, when does it trigger (idle, gaming, specific benchmark), and any BSOD stop codes (e.g. WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT).
• Troubleshooting Already Attempted: Mention if you have cleared CMOS, updated BIOS, reseated RAM, or run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

Please never post private Windows activation keys or personally identifiable credentials in crash logs.

Tip: If your motherboard has debug LEDs (CPU/DRAM/VGA/BOOT) or a seven-segment POST code display, always include the LED color or code in your thread title!
