Find extra time in your day
Enjoy time-saving features and bump up your productivity. The ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 mobile workstation offers Modern Standby, which enables the system to wake in one second and connect to the internet one second later. Wake on Voice lets you wake the system with a command from across the room as long as the cover is open. What’s more, with just the touch of a button, you can easily answer, make, and disconnect from conference calls by using the F9-F11 function keys.

We've got your back
With ThinkShield, our built-in suite of security solutions, the ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 workstation laptop keeps your critical data safeguarded. The match-on-chip fingerprint reader encrypts your biometric data on the system. Likewise, with the discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM), your info remains encrypted, significantly decreasing any possibility of hacking. Plus, should your system ever become corrupted, the self-healing BIOS will restore it to an earlier safe state. The ThinkShutter, a physical camera cover, blocks the lens to ensure that you’re only seen when you want to be.

An office assistant you can take anywhere
With Cortana Premium, you can speak commands to your ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 workstation laptop from across the room. The integrated 360 degree far-field microphones ensure your voice carries its weight—up to 3 meters / 10 feet away. The enhanced microphones mean you’ll have superior VoIP performance. You can wake your device with a simple phrase. Quickly and easily find files and calendar events, even put your system into standby mode to improve battery performance. So, go ahead and speak your mind—and boost your productivity at the same time. Plus, use the optional IR camera with Windows Hello to log in with your smile.
